ELK algorithm change FixPointAnchor y Position to "-1" [message #1794985]

I created several FixPointAnchor on both top and bottom side of the containerShape(Ga: Rectangle, width:180; height:40);
eg, pt 0,pt1,pt2 on Top; pt 3,pt4 on Bottom; So y Position of pt0, pt1,p2 are 0; y Position of pt3,p4 are 40;

After doing the layouting by ELK, I found out Y position of all the FixPointAnchor are changed to "-1"
