Hello,

I'm totally missed by finding right way of working with Eclipse Java project with GIT.

I have plugin EGIT installed. I have simple java project. I did commit/push of this java project by using GIT bash console. I pushed only source files.

Did everything was done correctly till now? Should I use Eclipse IDE somehow make init, commit and push? I couldn't find where it is in Eclipse.

How I should retrieve project in another machine? Should I use GIT console or Eclipse?

Since you mention EGit, why not consult their online help (which is also bundled with Eclipse): http://help.eclipse.org/photon/topic/org.eclipse.egit.doc/help/EGit/User_Guide/User-Guide.html?cp=31
They have far more information than can be provided in a forum.
And if questions remain, they even have their own forum: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/48/

cheers
