Is it the case that you can't print diagrams in Papyrus? I found this previous topic from 2013 that recommended to copy and paste into a word editor.

I was going to print to pdf. How do you share read-only diagrams to peers whom don't have Papyrus?

I'm running Papyrus 4.8.0 on Windows. Screenshot of File Menu and the Save As... window shown below.

index.php/fa/33825/0/

You can use the context menu using either File->Save As Image File or Print
If you save as an image, there is the choice to use a bitmap format such as PNG or a vector-based format such as SVG or PDF. While the latter are free from pixel artefacts (except for bitmap icons), the font-size might not exactly be the same as on your screen which could lead to partly clipped text. Apparently, this problem is a platform specific (and outside Papyrus code), so your mileage may vary. I'd recommend to try these formats first. The bitmap formats do not have this problem, but look less good when printed or scaled-up.

Thanks Ansgar, I've updated my opening post with more details. If I select Save As... it doesn't give the option to save as different file type, just the option to save the file in a different file location.

Hi,

I'm talking about the context menu (right click) within a diagram.

Thanks. That solved the immediate problem.
