So recently I am trying to create a new project using WindowBuilder and when I click on design view it says Incompatible Java Version. I proceeded to update both the JDK and JRE and I still get the same problem. I've included a screenshot with what it says. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you try the suggestion shown in the error message shown in your screenshot?

Eclipse needs to run in the same or higher version of Java used for the project.
