Hi,
When I tried to create a project viatra accoding to the following tutorial: https://www.eclipse.org/viatra/documentation/tutorial.html , everything is fine. But, the problem is that I did not understand the step" 4.2.2. Create a menu command to execute the transformation". Some one help me please and further explain more this step: how should I create a plugin and how add the necessary dependencies. Does it means that I should modify the "MANIFEST.MF" or create a plugin project or simply modify the file.xml. Thak you for advance.

Hi,

the tutorial focuses on VIATRA and not basic Eclipse plugin development topics, that is why the introduction links to external tutorials for Eclipse IDE and EMF. You can also read http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/EclipseCommands/article.html for more details on how to extend the Eclipse IDE.
If you get stuck with that, you can read the wiki https://wiki.eclipse.org/Menu_Contributions and maybe ask on https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/106/
