Hi,

The Smarty editor does not appear in Eclipse preferences as it used to in earlier versions of Eclipse - so no highlighting of template files.

Is there a known resolution or no one cares anymore?

Smarty editor was never part of Eclipse for PHP Developers / PDT. It's third-party plugin, available now on http://p2.pdt-extensions.org/ ;)
