Hi,everyone.

Every time I start a program, I need to download it to raspberry from the 4DIAC IDE.
Is there anyway to start the 4DIAC application automatically on raspberry?
when power on the raspberry, the 4DIAC application that I have downloaded last time will run automatically.

Hi Barry,

you could create a bootfile for your application (see 4diac documentation) which contains the 4diac app and will be automatically loaded on forte startup.

Additionally you could start forte on boot-up by adding it to your bash.rc file[1].

Cheers,
Ben

Hi,

just one warning: AFAIK bash.rc will only be invoked when you are logging into your raspi. If you want to have a headless automatic start of FORTE you need to hook it into the Linux startup process (init.d or systemd).
