Eclipse Crashes When Autocomplete Window Opens [message #1793038]

Eclipse keeps crashing whenever the autocomplete suggestion window opens. It does not matter what type of line I write, both import lines and System.out.print cause a crash without any error log.
I have been using Eclipse for a couple months, and never ran into a problem like this. The crashing started a week ago, even though I had not changed any settings for Eclipse.
I have tried re-downloading Eclipse and Java, but neither worked. Even after I reset my laptop (due to an unrelated issue), the problem persisted.

Eclipse Version: Photon (newest version)
Java Version: 1.8.0_181
OS: Windows 10 (fully updated)
