Can't debug (Windows 10) [message #1792596]

I have been google searching for at least four hours now on this one issue:

I keep getting this error message when debugging----

Error in final launch sequence
Failed to execute MI command:
-exec-run
Error message from debugger back end:
Error creating process D:\Eclipse_C_CppWorkspace\HelloWorld\Debug\HelloWorld.exe, (error 50).
Error creating process D:\Eclipse_C_CppWorkspace\HelloWorld\Debug\HelloWorld.exe, (error 50).

I believe I'm on gdb version 8.1
my .gdbinit file is blank

I've included three pictures

please help
