Hi,

the new birt version ignores the table row height if the row is empty.
It resizes empty rows as small as possible.

With older birt versions (2.3.2 & 4.6) the report works properly. See attached rptdesign.

Same issue here. Looks like an empty row height is ignored. It worked fine with 4.6 version. Looks like a bug to me.

You guys have not found any resolution for this issue in PDF? We are observing the same problem with BIRT 4.9 version. Need to insert a dummy label control into such row so the PDF renderer stops ignoring it. Such a pain when you have to do it massively in all reports. :(((
