BIRT 4.8 not available in Eclipse Repository [message #1792033]

Hi all,

First of all, please bear with me. I have never developed on BIRT and I have to deal with a legacy project, so my options are limited.

I am trying to update a specific target platform for an Eclipse project using BIRT 4.8.0. This means that I need a Software Site where BIRT 4.8.0 is available.

I have looked into http://download.eclipse.org/releases/photon/, but it still contains version 4.7.0.v201706222054. This is the old release that I can also find on http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/.

When I read that 4.8.0 was to be included in Photon I thought that it should also be in some update site. At least it does appear here https://projects.eclipse.org/releases/photon with version 4.8.0.

I have also looked here http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/ and here http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php?build=R-R1-4.8.0-201806261756 and I cannot find anything that would help me update my target platform to 4.8.0.

I would really appreciate any help on this issue.
