Eclipse slow even when running Hello World program. [message #1790428]

Eclipse was running perfectly fine till yesterday. Today when I tried running a simple program using (ctrl+f11), it takes around 4 seconds. After I press (ctrl+f11), I see "Lauching Main(92%)" for 3-4 seconds and then the program runs. Then I tried running "Hello world" program and the same happened.
I also tried installing eclipse optimzer from eclipse marketplace but still the problem is not solved. Previously (till yesterday), the programs used to run in less than second.

Can someone please help ?
