Is it just me or does anyone else have the same issue with the Remove Working Set button never getting enabled.

Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a)

While a standard context menu delete does work on a empty Working Set in the Package Explorer (See attached screen capture) to get around the issue, it does not explain why the button is never enabled in the dialog. If someone can confirm I will open a bugzilla ticket.
