jdk - 10 tools error installing [message #1784253]

I tried to download "Java 10 Support for Oxygen" (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/java-10-support-oxygen), from eclipse marketplace.

My eclipse:
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Oxygen.3 Release (4.7.3)
Build id: 20180308-1800

My Operating System:
Windows 10 pro

and i got this error:

> "No repository found at
> http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/none."

the log file:

I tired to:

1. delete and install eclipse
2. remove .eclipse and .p2 folders
3. Connect to other WIFI

When you visited the market place entry, did it contain the same text that I see now?

When you visited the entrance market, does it contain the same text I see now?
I did not really understand what "text you're talking about contains the text you see now." But what I wrote in the first post is what I see
