Recently due to some update or setting changes, whenever I fire a command in eclipse like to create new project or do simple search, a whole new dialog box with size of whole screen comes up. What I want is small dialog box should be pop up where I can see the background stuff also.

What are we supposed to see in that screenshot? And is there a reason you don't just resize the dialogs you mention to a size you prefer?
