SVN connector installation issue in Eclipse NEON [message #1783928]

Hi,

I am using
eclipse-reporting-neon-R-win32-x86_64 eclipse
in a 64bit windows 10 OS running with x64 based processor.
i have installed Subversive SVN Team Provider 4.0.5.I20170425-1700 plugin in eclipse. But i am not able to install svn connector which is being displayed when i open the svn option in preference.
it is showing no artifact found when i select a connection from the list and proceed with installation.

Need all my techie friends help in resolving this.
