On Mac OS X Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2), I am experiencing problems installing the GNU ARM plugin. Every time I run the installation, I get error that the packs cannot be installed. So I removed all the offending parts and eventually I have nothing left to install. This is a typical error I get:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: GNU MCU C/C++ OpenOCD Debugging 4.3.1.201801250917 (ilg.gnumcueclipse.debug.gdbjtag.openocd.feature.feature.group 4.3.1.201801250917)
Missing requirement: GNU MCU C/C++ Core 4.3.2.201801250917 (ilg.gnumcueclipse.core 4.3.2.201801250917) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.core.filesystem 1.6.1' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: GNU MCU C/C++ OpenOCD Debugging 4.3.1.201801250917 (ilg.gnumcueclipse.debug.gdbjtag.openocd 4.3.1.201801250917)
To: bundle ilg.gnumcueclipse.core 0.0.0
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: GNU MCU C/C++ OpenOCD Debugging 4.3.1.201801250917 (ilg.gnumcueclipse.debug.gdbjtag.openocd.feature.feature.group 4.3.1.201801250917)
To: ilg.gnumcueclipse.debug.gdbjtag.openocd [4.3.1.201801250917]

Keep in mind that I get this error with each and every pack, not just with the OPenODC Debugging one. Any ideas what went wrong?
