I'm not understanding why there's different ones for "PHP Conventions", "Zend Framework 1 Conventions", and "PSR-2" (they all have [built-in] appended after them).

I thought there would be just 1 built-in pre-decided standard for formatting PHP... I don't understand why there's different ones or which ones to use (though I'm not using Zend Framework right now).

I honestly prefer the PHP Conventions one, but PSR-2 is selected as the default. [Yes I know I can choose whatever I want]

Php conventions are mosly used by legacy libs. Psr is common standard for most new project and libraries. Zend framework profile we receive togerher with fromatter code from zend. Tou can also prepare own profile set as default for workspace and forgot about it.

When we add more options to fromatter built-in will be correctly updated, we still need couple settings to fully support psr.
