Is it possible to deploy the "Web Services Explorer" as stand-alone? [message #1782438]

I would like to deploy Eclipse's Web Services Explorer on a local tomcat. Is this possible? And where do I find a WAR-file for that? Or even the sources so I can build one by myself.

It's a really useful tool to test WSDL files and SOAP endpoints and I would like to make it avaible for other developers in our company who don't use eclipse (or Java).
