Renaming projects [message #1782007]

I'm taking a c++ class and have several projects. I realized I should have named them such that they showed up in order to make it easier to go back and refresh on some of them. So I started renaming them in the order I did them. Like 01-name , 02-name, etc. I got to my seventh one and I get a message:

"Resource 'Binary Files' is out of sync with the filesystem. I can build and execute the project, I just can't rename it. Am I doing something wrong? I'm running Linux and the fs is ext4.
