Hi,
actually it's not simple since that the configuration service merges the previous configuration with the one applied from a new snapshot loaded, for example, from the web UI.
The best approach I can suggest is to download from the web ui the latest snapshot, clean the parts that you want to remove, stop kura and replace all the existing snapshots, replacing them with the cleaned snapshot. Then you can start Kura.
