EMFStore produce deployable WAR-File with Tycho [message #1780854]

Hello everybody,

i was wondering if it is possible to produce a EMFStore-Server WAR file with Tycho? I was able to build the server as application and by expanding the server feature pom with:

tycho-packaging-plugin
maven-resources-plugin
maven-assembly-plugin

and introducing a assembly.xml file (following this Tutorial) i got a WAR-File, which was unfortunately not runnable...

Is it even possible to do this? What am I missing?

Hi Florian,

it should be possible :). I have not tried with Maven Tycho though. A description of manual steps to do so can be found here:

Hey Maximilian,
thanks for your answer, i already tried building EMFStore (and after that some test projects) with Libra WAR Products, unfortunately no .war is generated, and I get:

An internal error occurred during: "Export Product".
org.eclipse.libra.warproducts.core.WARProductExportOperation.cleanup([Ljava/lang/String;Lorg/eclipse/core/runtime/IProgressMonitor;)V

(i'm using
Libra warproducts version 0.3.1.201609011955
Eclipse Oxygen.2 Release (4.7.2))
