My screen is set to 1920x1080.

Apparently nothing in Windows knows how to deal with such high-resolution screens - which is strange, since there's so many of them now.

I managed to change the Editor text size, which helped a lot.

but nothing else
(I see a lot of other possibilities, but don't know what they mean.)

How do people deal with this?

Which version of Eclipse? In the past year or two there have been changes in Eclipse to improve support for HDPI screens. There could be more room for improvement, but without more details it's impossible to recommend anything.

In isolation, without seeing it in the full context, that image looks fine to me.
In any case, you can do some tweaking to the hidpi support in Eclipse/SWT: https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.6/platform.php#swt-autoscale-tweaks
If you google for 'eclipse hidpi' you'll find other discussions and information.

Thank you very much!

Is the attached enough context?

Does Windows 10 not have its own autoscaling?
(as that article says Macs do)

(I mean that works. I've tried a couple of official things, but with bad results. Amazing that Windows hasn't addressed this.)

Is there a screen resolution or official setting that Eclipse works well with?

How well does Eclipse's "integer" work?
