Unused NameSpace Entries Note getting removed from XML [message #1780318]

I have an Xml files which contains some unused Namespaces

I used the following feature from Eclipse to remove that Unused Namespace
Windows->Preferences->XML->XML Schema Files->Editor,
and selected
"Automatically remove unused XSD imports and XML Namespace entries".

Even after selecting that option ,i see unused Namespace entries.

Is that a bug or misunderstanding.

I have attached my sample Xml file for Reference.
