Hi . How are you ?
I don't know really were i should put this question but i want to
download the full version of eclipse .
I mean i want Java , JavaScript , C and C++ .
what should i do ?

There is no such package. You'll need to pick one of the packages and use Help -> Install New Software to install the features to support the other things you want.
