[XCORE] generated class files not updated [message #1780053]

Hi,

after upgrading to the latest eclipse version the code generation with xcore does not update existing class files when the model changes (new classes are created properly).
You can find my model here: https://github.com/theoweiss/openhab/blob/TF1217/bundles/binding/org.openhab.binding.tinkerforge/model/tinkerforge.xcore

What am I doing wrong?

I'm completely tied up trying to get EMF's build migrated to Tycho right now so I don't have time to try to reproduce this. So you're saying that if you delete all the generated files, they do get regenerated? But after that the merging of any changes you make to the Xcore seems to fail? You might try updating to http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/emf/updates/2.14milestones to see if there are fixes. Failing that, a small self-contained zipped project that reproduces the problem attached to a Bugzilla would be very helpful to let me investigate what's going wrong. I can't reproduce this problem with a small example with the current state in the master branch.

May be it is failing because my model is quite big: ~ 1200 LOC and 44,4 kb?

I've updated to 2.14milestones but it didn't fix the issue.

That's unfortunate. :-( I'm also not able to reproduce a problem with a simple example. Please try to boil this down to a self-contained project that does reproduce the problem and attach that to a Bugzilla report.
