How to connect Kura gateway to Hono [message #1778416]

I am trying to connect my Kura gateway on Rasperry PI to the Hono. However, I could not do that. As far as I see from Hono documentation, it is possible to connect any gateway via protocol adapters which are linked to QPID dispatch router. However, as far as I know, Kura can communicate with MQTT broker directly at the cloud side.

Appreciate if anybody could help me.

Reviving this thread again, please!

I am not able to connect Kura (on Raspberry Pi) to Hono (on local machine). I tried the port-forwarding option, but unfortunately, it is not working. There is a bug related to that (please see [1]).
The related documentation provided by @Benjamin, is not helping a lot on this matter!

@fatih, were you able to connect both of them together? Could you please share the guidelines to have such connection done?

On a side note: I have opened a ticket with Hono (Github) [2], where finally I was told about the bug!
