I'd like to ask how to install the Eclipse IDE with the LLVM/Clang compiler toolchain on Windows 10. If there's already a thread like this, I apologize for the duplicate.

I also want to port my code from VS2017 to Eclipse, if that's possible.

Anyway, any responses and help are appreciated.
