Hi.
I'm use
Oxygen.1a Release (4.7.1a) x64
CDT9.3.3.201710130142

Parallel Build not working when I set exp: j7, only one thread in time is compiling,
but when is set to unlimited - working.
Problem is i can't do anything else due compiling

On Neon work with perfect.
