I want to follow this tutorial

I try to create a Papyrus project from the url above. I downloaded the papyrus RT 1.0.0 on eclipse oxygen recommended executable for windows.

While following the tutorial, creating the project, the given drop down menu to load a template is empty while I had to choose one of those options:
- uml rt for structural modellling
- uml rt basic
- uml rt for C++

I want to choose the last option for C++ project. Why this option is not available ?
