Hi,

sometimes I got the need to debug how the compiler behaves during compiling the test cases. But since it is run as a batch task I cannot stop at breakpoints.

How can I run the test cases from within Eclipse and debug the compilation process of the test files (since they are also just given in a string ...)?

Sorry for late response, not sure this is still relevant. I'm not sure which tests you are speaking about.
The normal "otjld" tests run the compiler in-process, so debugging that part should be fine.
The harder part is debugging when the compiled test is launched. If that's what you need I can give a few hints about that...
