Hello,
I'm am trying to set multiplicities and navigabilities between my packages in my packages diagram.
I looked on other topics, some people could set multiplicities in the properties ("UML" tab)
I don't have this parameter, I looked for it but I couldn't find it.

I'm running Papyrus RCP Oxygen (3.2.0) nightly () on Ubuntu 17.04

Hi,

Properties for multiplicity should be present.
My guess, your association is missing proper member ends.
(your model should be invalid)

My advice, don't use nightly but prefer stable versions.
