I am looking for an easy way to indicate that a patient (record target) is deceased.
I found sdtc:deceasedInd and sdtc:deceasedTime at http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=CDA_R2_Extensions

MDHT seems to support those for the SubjectPerson class, but not for Patient. Is there a way to set it?

Most of the extensions were added as part of constraint definitions

It does appear the deceasedInd and deceasedTime extension are missing on patient

I will look to update the core CDA model and push out a new CDA runtime

Thanks

Sean

Cool, thanks Sean. Let me know if/when there's something I can try out!
