Is Eclipse.org serious about bug reporting?

Here is a sample
In TCF dialog there is RunTests button.

Works
Takes forever and "Cancel" does nothing.

If the answer is _ it is 3rd party plug-in" do not bother to reply.

Did you report a bug for that to TCF ? If yes or if bug is already existing, did you ask on the bug directly?

Why TCF (forum) ?
There are no decent activities on that forum , it seems to be a source for spam!
If Eclipse.org monitors their forums they can pick-up on bugs.
That would be a decent way for anybody interested in quality of the product. It should not be the case " post in correct way / forum etc".
So I take it Eclipse.org does not care.
Fine.

Sorry but it's not the way open-source work. If you find a bug and don't report it on the bugtracker, then you can't blame other people for not doing it in your place.
