Just downloaded Oxygen.1 and installing Java 9 support via Marketplace (tried update site too) fails with a list of 404:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

Seems like many files from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.7-U-builds/U20170927-0115/plugins/?d didn't get through mirrors.

Perhaps it's too late to answer this. But I think at some point there were issues with mirroring the U builds and it was fixed at some stage before the Junit 5 support for released.
