We're using the dstore daemon with SSL enabled for our RSE connections
from Windows to AIX and I had question about whether the client or server
side is initiating the communication after the intial connection from the
client to the daemon. Is the server that the daemon starts initiating or
does the daemon tell the client pertinent information (port, etc) and the
client then initiates the communication with the now running server?

Hi Denise,

After the daemon starts the server, the server information is passed back to
the client via the daemon connection. Then the client initiates the
communication with the running server.
