Using Papyrus in Windows and Linux over svn and Diagramms are not the same [message #1773379]

Hi,

i use the Windows Maschine to export the diagrams with gendoc and this works fine. But in Windows editing the sysml project takes a lot of time.

Linux is better to editing the model (round 10 MB) but the export is not the best for word.
Syncing i do over svn and the diagrams are different.

How can i fix this, that i habe not to rework in each diagram?

My model is based in luna and sysml 1.1. :-(
