I got exactly the same thing, did you play around with the Environment variables or move important Java files?

Until Oxygen 1a is released next month, you have to follow these steps to run with Java 9: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Configure_Eclipse_for_Java_9#Configure_Eclipse_for_Java_9_modules

What part of the Wiki instructions did you try? What does your eclipse.ini look like?

At other site I found how to fix it.

So... this works:

From the eclipse.ini:
-vmargs
--add-modules=java.se.ee
-Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=1.8
-Xms256m
-Xmx1024m

P. S. Also I add -vm before -vmargs and I dont't know how important is it...

-vm
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9.0.4\bin\javaw.exe
