I am running Eclipse Oxygen on Windows 10 Pro with a new copy of Eclipse and an empty workspace. When I go to the Git Repositories perspective with the intent of cloning a repository from Gerrit I wind up with the following situation:

index.php/fa/30736/0/

What do I need to do to remedy the situation?
