I am wanting to create a Papyrus UML model from a set of XML files (each with their own XSDs).
Does anybody know the best way to do this? I've been looking around the web and there is soooo much stuff out there I'm not entirely sure where to begin.
I've been looking at creating an EMF model from my XSD, then using some model to model transformation technology (maybe QVTo or ATL?) to transform from the schema based ecore model to a Papyrus UML model...
However, I'm having difficulty understanding if this is
A) the right thing to be doing
B) if there is a better way
C) getting it to work (I've generated a model, but can't figure out how to load XML into the model).
Does anybody know of examples of this type of thing been done?
Any guidance is much appreciated.
