Hi,
I am new to Topaz Workbench IDE which is based on Eclipse. There is not much information online. Can anyone please give me some info how I can set up offline project and run COBOL program?

Plenty of IDEs are built on Eclipse. In this case, you might want to find a forum specific to Topaz Workbench in which to ask questions.
