Running Oxygen with option to show new Perspective in new window.
Attempting to "Close All Perspectives" bring up new pretty stripped down C/C++ Perspective , most panes are empty and greyed BUT all other Perspectives are still active.
Screen shot available, but the description should be enough to tell if it is a bug or not.

Sounds like a bug, but a screenshot of this stripped down perspective would certainly help.

May I ask why you need a screen shot ?
Unless you are going to fix it , why waste my time time to "show you " what I told you?

First, because you already offered to. Second, because while I expect that action to only close all of the perspectives on the current window, I was curious to see what exactly you meant by a "stripped down C/C++ Perspective".

This is exactly why I asked why you need screen shot.
You are already flaming me for "owed " something and your interest was just out of curiosity. ( Sorry ) I do not need to engage in social discussion with curious , I need an answer.
And it is OK if you do not have one.
Cheers

There's a reason I edited that part out almost right after submitting it. I hope you find the answer you seek.

a) "A picture is worth a thousand words."
b) "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."
c) "Flaming" is hardly the word to describe anyone's responses in this thread, except possibly your own.

If you want help from a community, you should engage that community in a humble, approachable tone, not like a porcupine.
