YAKINDU Statechart Tools Standard Edition
provides an integrated modelling environment for the specification and development of reactive, event-driven systems based on the concept of statecharts.
I realize this post may be very very long shot to get something back here.

After playing around with it for a while trying "remote " x86 and ARM programming , it seems to be close relative of Eclipse TCF , definitely very similar GUI

There seem to be no distinction between Remote Application ( Perspective ) and TCF (Perspective).
I am awaiting for reply from the vendor, so in all fairness I do not want to jump the gun here with some comments.
