Hi all,
In my diagram, there are some elements and connections among them. I already used setAvoidObstructions() function to make the connection go around other elements automatically.
However, there is an issue that the connection still cut the element, which contains the start point of this connection. It seems to be a limitation of Sirius.
Any idea or approach to fix this issue are welcome!

Hi,

Where do you call the setAvoidObstruction() function ?

I fastly tried with the "avoid obstructions" property from the Appearance property tab and it seemed to work properly when the edge is between nodes directly contained by the diagram.
But I just saw that border nodes seems to not be handled by the feature.

Could you report a bug in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Sirius ?

Regards,

Maxime
