Secure storage preference page

The Secure Storage preference page is used to manage storage of encrypted information such as passwords. Typically you will have no reason to alter the preferences on this page. The options here are mostly for troubleshooting, and, to a lesser degree, for system administrators and power users.

The above is from Eclipse help.
Under Preferences -> General.

It really does not say anything about removing or changing the ACCESS to "secure storage".

When I attempt to run remote application I get an dialogue asking for "secure storage password" .

Not only I do not know it , I really need Eclipse to pass by this request.

So if this "secure storage " stores pass words and executing Eclipse remote application needs access to it - where do I configure that ?
