Is there a reason why RCPTT Runner 2.2 featches dependencies from eclipse updatesites while previous versions did not have such action?

Is it possible to switch it off or at least point to local mirrored update sites for test speedup?

Hi,

It was same thing in previous version,
it actually install RCPTT runtime from local update sites into P2 bundle pool to be able to start target platform.
