Hello,

It seems that GMF tooling are no longer part of Oxygen distribution / update site.

So my quite stupid question:
Is it replaced by something new, will it be released later/separately , or is this project no longer maintained at all ?

Best regards,
Bernard.

Hi,

Indeed, GMF Tooling has decided to no longer be part of the yearly Simultaneous Releases. They are completely free to continue making independent version, but it does not look like there's been any activity for a while (according to https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.gmp.gmf-tooling). Depending on your use case, you may want to look at Sirius, which is also based on GMF Runtime, but with a very different approach with no code generation involved (disclaimer: I'm part of the Sirius team). There also Graphiti, which uses a more traditional "framework" approach.
