From releases p2 repository: http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/composite/releases/
Uncheck "Show only the latest version of available software" to see older versions.

the composite update site contains the old versions. and you can find them here https://www.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/downloads/
