Hi,

Followed this bug :
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=438506#c6

I tried to install virgo tool from eclipse market place for Mars 4.5 with the location

http://download.eclipse.org/virgo/snapshot/tooling.

Error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Eclipse Virgo Tools 1.5.1.201706090039-null
(org.eclipse.virgo.ide.feature.feature.group 1.5.1.201706090039-null)
Missing requirement: IO Utility Code 3.7.0.RELEASE (org.eclipse.virgo.util.io 3.7.0.RELEASE) requires 'package org.slf4j [1.7.22,2.0.0)' but it could not be found
