When I'm opening a JSF File (*.xhtml), the first time on a fresh eclipse workspace, the eclipse monitoring thread reports an UI freeze of ca 45 seconds.

The file I'm opening has a size of 3,41 KB, I'm working on a Lenovo T530 Laptop with a Intel i7-3630 Quadcore CPU with 2.40 GHz and a Intel 256G SSD Harddisk drive.

I'm using Eclipse Neon.3:
